ENTREPRENEURSHIP & YOUTH- a LEARNING NETWORK

Entrepreneurship & Youth – A Learning Network (EYLN) is initiated by AIESEC in Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. It will provide a learning network for AIESEC stakeholders with a common and continuous focus on entrepreneurship.

This project is organized for the first time by AIESEC in UKM and is aiming at penultimate / final year undergraduates, in local public universities in Malaysia.

With the knowledge of entrepreneurship gained from this project, the trainees and participants will set out to create an online community and website, on the Internet and/or the knowledge management site of AIESEC on www.aiesec.org to further share resources about entrepreneurial skills among youth.

Entrepreneurship Pre-Workshop
A Pre-Workshop on Entrepreneurship in UKM was held on Feb 16 with the topic of "Introduction to Entrepreneurship", which provided an introduction to entrepreneurship and also gave a sneak preview of the Conference. The Pre-Workshop was facilitated by trainees Marius Blajut of Romania and Gustaf Geterud from Sweden. read more

Entrepreneurship Conference
A conference on April1-3, 2005 in UKM on Entrepreneurship targeting local undergraduates from public universities of final / penultimate year. Participants will be divided into competitive teams in workgroup sessions and given case-studies and situations to work on to hone their entrepreneurial, personal & professional skills, NOT unlike The Apprentice. Participants will stay in UKM throughout the Conference. read more
